Rates and Minimum Stay

High Season (Winter and Summer)
Weekends $230 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekdays $170 per night (2 night minimum)
Holidays $290 per night (3 night minimum)
Weekly $1150

Low Season (Fall and Spring)
Weekends $190 per night (2 night minimum)
Weekdays $150 per night (2 night minimum)
Holidays $290 per night (3 night minimum)
Weekly $1000

Additional persons (over the first 4) are $20 per night

Cleaning fee is $75 for 1-4 persons, $100 for 5-8 persons and $150 for 9-15 persons

Lodge Tax 7% of total

Payments by cash, check, credit card or money order.

There is no discount if one person would like to rent out the home.

Pet costs:

We currently allow dogs. The fee per dog is $30 and is non-refundable.
